Housed in a clear and minimal bottle, Round Lab 1025 Dokdo Toner contains incredibly potent skin goodies. Inside the formula, there are 74 kinds of natural minerals, which can be found in the deep seawater of Ulleung-do, to restore the oil-moisture balance to the skin and help maintain it. The formula gently exfoliates dead skin cells and dirt while soothing any existing sensitivity, thanks to the brand's patented HATCHING EX-07. A trifecta of panthenol, allantoin and betaine resurges the skin with hydration, tackles any signs of skin aging and strengthens the skin barrier, prepping it to face the smoggiest of cities. Watery in texture and lightweight, this absorbs much more effectively than your average toner and leaves no sticky residue. In true Round Lab fashion, the formula is free of parabens, sulfates, mineral oil, added fragrance and artificial color.
How to use:

I'm glad I gave this a try. I've never heard from this brand before. So I've been looking for something with seawater ingredient because my skin loved that hydration from Purito. It's almost water in composition but not sticky. Be sure to use sunscreen because of the sugarcane extract (AHA, causes mild exfoliation)

It has a light watery texture that spreads easily and allows me to layer the toner for extra hydration. I layer it three times before applying tretinoin and it has proven to be moisturizing enough so that my skin doesn't get flaky. It's also perfect for daytime wear when the weather is warm.
