We assure you that all products on our website are 100% genuine. We are not selling and will never sell fake products as these are most likely harmful to one's skin. In fact, Go Bloom & Glow is the official dealer of Pyunkang Yul, HelloSkin and Heimish in the Philippines, and an authorized dealer of Dear Klairs and Cosrx as well.
Sure! Just click on the "Notify me when available" button on the product page, and input your email address. Once the inventory is updated, you will receive an automated email notification from us.

Shopping with us is a breeze! Just add your desired items to your virtual cart and when you're ready, proceed to checkout. Fill in the required information, and you're done! ;)

NOTE: You may or may not create an account with us in order to successfully place an order. However, we strongly recommend to create an account so that on your next order, you won't have to fill in the required information again.

Once you've finished checking out, you cannot make changes to your order anymore. However, you can cancel the "incorrect" order and just place another order, as long as the order isn't paid yet. Once it is paid, changes are no longer permitted.
Order cancellations are okay as long as you haven't settled your payment for the order yet. Just send us an email so that we can manually cancel your order. For orders that are already paid and processed, cancellations are strictly prohibited, even though package did not arrive within the estimated delivery time.

    We've partnered with PayPal to make your payments secure, convenient and reliable. Thru PayPal, you can pay via credit card or your PayPal account.

  • DEBIT or CREDIT CARD
    You can also pay thru your debit or credit card without having a PayPal account. Your details are NOT stored in any of our servers, so rest assured, your payment is secure.

  • BANK DEPOSIT
    No PayPal account or Credit Card? No problem. We accept payments thru bank deposit. You can pay thru any of the following banks: BDO (Banco de Oro), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), and UnionBank of the Philippines. Bank details are sent to your email after you place your order.

  • REMITTANCES / PAYMENT CENTERS
    Bank too far from your place? We also accept payments thru the following remittance centers: LBC, Palawan, Cebuana, Western Union, and MLhuillier.

  • CASH-ON-DELIVERY
    Can't go to the bank or remittance center? Cash-on-Delivery is now available thru LBC! A few reminders for this payment method:
  • COD order cancellations are strictly prohibited once the order has been dispatched.
  • Make sure that you chose "Cash-on-Delivery (COD) via LBC" as shipping method.
  • Please indicate an authorized representative on the "Note" field during checkout if you are not around to accept your COD order.
  • Please remember to prepare the EXACT amount as payment for your order because the delivery personnel do not carry change.
  • Upon checkout, select the PayPal option. If you're paying via credit card and don't have a PayPal account, you will still have to choose the PayPal option, since they will be the one to process your payment.
  • If payment is successful and you've received order confirmation via email, all you have to do is wait for your package to arrive. 
  • Upon checkout, select the Bank Deposit option. You will receive an order confirmation email with instructions from sales@gobloomandglow.com right after placing your order. This email contains all the details you need to complete your order.
  • After paying thru your chosen bank, simply reply to the order confirmation email from sales@gobloomandglow.com with a clear scanned copy or clear photo of your deposit slip, or if you've paid via online or mobile banking, please attach a screenshot of fund transfer confirmation on or before the specified deadline (next bullet). 
  • Kindly settle your payment within the next 2 banking days (e.g. If you ordered on a Friday/Saturday/Sunday, you should send proof of payment on or before 11:59PM of Tuesday, which is the next banking day - unless it is a holiday, then you can send proof of payment the next day). Stocks are limited, so if you haven't sent us proof of payment within the specified deadline, your reservation will automatically be cancelled without notice
  • Upon checkout, select the Remittance Center option. You will receive an order confirmation email with instructions from sales@gobloomandglow.com right after placing your order. This email contains all the details you need to complete your order.
  • After paying thru your chosen remittance center, simply reply to the order confirmation email from sales@gobloomandglow.com with a clear scanned copy or clear photo of your receipt on or before the specified deadline (next bullet). 
  • Kindly settle your payment within the next 2 banking days (e.g. If you ordered on a Friday/Saturday/Sunday, you should send proof of payment on or before 11:59PM of Tuesday, which is the next banking day - unless it is a holiday, then you can send proof of payment the next day). Stocks are limited, so if you haven't sent us proof of payment within the specified deadline, your reservation will automatically be cancelled without notice

We offer Cash-on-Delivery thru LBC, which means it is available to areas serviceable by LBC, up to a maximum amount of P5,000.00 per cart. During Checkout, select the "Cash-on-Delivery (COD) via LBC" payment option and the "Cash-on-Delivery (COD)" shipping option. Please take note of these reminders:

  • COD order cancellations are strictly prohibited once the order has been dispatched. We will take note of the number of failed COD transactions a customer has incurred, and we may block a customer from COD transactions if he or she reaches a certain threshold.
  • Make sure that you chose "Cash-on-Delivery (COD) via LBC" as shipping method.
  • Please indicate an authorized representative on the "Note" field during checkout if you are not around to accept your COD order.
  • Please remember to prepare the EXACT amount as payment for your order because the delivery personnel do not carry change.

We use JRS Express to ship all orders by default, but you can also choose LBC if you prefer. In rare occasions where your location is not within the scope of JRS Express, you may opt to pick-up your order at the nearest JRS Express branch, or you may choose to ship thru LBC upon checkout.

Yes, FREE SHIPPING is available thru JRS Express for orders ₱2,000 and above. If you'd like your order to be shipped via LBC Express, you will have to shoulder the excess fee which is ₱49. For orders below ₱2000, you will have to shoulder the shipping fee.

Orders are dispatched the next day it was placed and paid, Mondays - Saturdays only, since we also need our beauty rest on Sundays. ;)

Orders usually arrive within 1-3 working days after dispatch (excluding holidays). However, this is just estimated and not guaranteed because sometimes, there are delays that are caused by things that are beyond our control - either caused by the courier or the customers themselves, etc. (e.g. incomplete name, incomplete address, provided contact number cannot be reached, no person present to receive package, etc). So a gentle reminder to please double check your details and make sure there is an authorized person to receive your package

We are very sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, courier operations is out of our control, and the best we could do is to help you follow up with the courier. However, it is preferred and much better that you contact them yourself as they may need some other details that we may not be able to provide such as landmark to your house, your availability, etc. Please note that we do not accept order cancellations even though the package did not arrive within the estimated delivery time. You can track your order thru JRS' tracking system found here or LBC's tracking system found here. Tracking details can be found on the email notification that we send after your order is dispatched. If you need help regarding this matter, don't hesitate to contact us thru email at at sales@gobloomandglow.com.

Don't fret! The JRS tracking system is usually late in displaying information. Kindly wait the next day and track your order again. As for LBC, they sometimes have bugs or maintenance on their tracking system, so sometimes it says "Tracking details not found." If you suspect that you were given the wrong tracking information, please contact us directly.

Unfortunately we don't do meet-ups within Cebu anymore, since we have concept store spaces in Cebu City & Mandaue City, Cebu:

  • Concept Cove - Tango Plaza Bldg., Corner Gotianuy and Queen's Road, Cebu City
  • Emporium - V. Rama Avenue, Cebu City & Norkis Cyberpark, A. S. Fortuna St, Mandaue City, Cebu

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

  • Due to the nature of our products, the ones valid for returns, refunds, or exchanges are only those received with manufacturing defect. 
  • Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Products that are defective can be refunded, returned, or exchanged within only 7 days upon receipt of your order. Outside this timeline, the product could have already been exposed to factors beyond our control which could have contributed to the damage/defect.
  • Products should be in its original purchase condition and must be unused.

If you have received a defective item, kindly send us an email at sales@gobloomandglow.com within 7 days upon receipt of the item. Please attach pictures of the said item and provide us with a description of the trouble you are experiencing with it. We would be glad to assist you!

This is a rare occurrence, but in the event that you have received the wrong item or package, kindly send us an email with pictures of the items at sales@gobloomandglow.com so that we could send your correct purchase to your doorstep immediately.
