What it does:
Formulated with Willow Bark Extract, it gently exfoliates and rid skin of dead cells. It helps in unclogging pores and targeting the most stubborn pimples caused by bacteria and dead skin for a smoother, healthier-looking complexion. It’s packed with Tiger Lily extract to provide anti-bacterial properties and to flush out acne-bacteria from clogged pores. The formula is further enriched with Madecassoside and Niacinamide to soothe and regenerate the skin. The toner also controls excess sebum production to prevent breakouts.
Pyunkang Yul Acne Line is specialized acne care line, which is inherited from Pyunkang Oriental medicine clinic’s 40-year philosophy and knowhow.
How to use:
- After cleansing, soak a cotton pad with an adequate quantity of toner.
- Gently wipe across the entire face
- Pat lightly for better absorption.

PhilippinesI switched to this toner since this was recommended for those with oily skin. I am still in my second week of using this and it has not significantly reduced my sebum production yet. I will finish the bottle and see the full effect. By the way, I am using this with together with their cleanser from this same product line.
